What behavior change entails

We often talk about change…

And each of us perceives this term differently.

But what we all know is that changing ourselves is not easy at all, even if we are aware of the need to change a certain way of doing things.

How many times have you set out to exercise every day and failed?

How many times have you been in a situation where you could not say NO to new tasks at the last minute, even though that is exactly what you promised yourself last time?

What do you have to change to become a more efficient manager and what do you start with?

To change means to remove something and replace it with something different.

To “erase” a behavioral pattern and replace it with another requires repetition.

The focus is on the sustained practice of the new behavior, a period.

How many repetitions is needed? There are various statistics on the number of repetitions needed to set a new behavior or ability. 500 repetitions seem to be a minimum required. It may seem like a lot, but it is harder until you reach a certain threshold above which things start to go smoothly in another direction, the one initiated consciously by you.

You want to change a certain behavior in order to have an impact in both professional and personal life. At the same time, you change your behavior because you want to adapt, to become more flexible in the face of a new reality.

What is the first step? What is next? How do you make sure you progress?

There are tools that can help you in such a process and you can access them.

I am waiting for you to talk when you really want to get started!
