Continuous celebration of 2% progress

The home office is a source of joy for some of us and a real challenge for others.

As for me, I fall into the first category.

This new workspace – literally and figuratively – helped me become aware of many important “details” that I ignored in the past.

One of them is related to the celebration of small steps, of the 2% progress that we no longer see but which is always there.

What  have I learned?

  • To stop for a few minutes whenever I managed something.
  • To be aware and enjoy this progress with the whole being.

So, I celebrated that:

  • I received good feedback,
  • I managed to read more,
  • I took every exam in my training as a coach,
  • I was more exposed to certain business practices.

There are only a few that come to mind now.

We celebrated by the simple fact that we drank coffee, had a family lunch, took a walk with the dog. What makes the difference is that in those moments I always said to myself that I was celebrating something specific (specific). Living the moment is the key!

Recognition of an achievement fuels the motivation to continue and overcome barriers. It means that the possible becomes reality, it means encouragement, trust.

It matters a lot both for ourselves and for those around us to whom we recognize the achievements and with whom we are to celebrate.

I invite you to practice the celebration of success towards yourself, towards those around you and to feel the joy with your whole being!
