Welcome to a New Supervision Group!

Minimum number of participants is 3, maximum 5, 120 min duration

We will run 3 sessions online, on the following schedule:

10^th October,14^th November, 12^th December between 6-8pm EEST.

How to prepare for the Group supervision session

1. Come along with issues that arise in your conversations as a leader, manager, coach, mentor.
2. Speak up for what you need
3. Ask for feed-back and do not be afraid to get it
4. Be vulnerable
5. Share your observations, emotions, about the conversations in the room (even if you are not the supervisee in the moment)
6. Keep confidentiality
