Always learn something new!

It’s December and the snow has fallen for the second time.

I am reflecting on the year that will end soon and I am smiling because I have met people, I have learned new things and I have developed the skills necessary for a new profession.

For our mental health comes the recommendation to learn something new as often as possible.

One of the skills I have deepened this year is listening.

I refer both to what comes through the content and to what the interlocutor can convey beyond the content – that is mood, non-verbal language, emotions.

Listening it challenges you to inner peace and concentration, patience and silence.

Empathy and at the same time detachment.

Along with the constant practice, there is a change both personally and in relationships with others.

Listening is the ability that completes a leader and at the same time gives impact through the valuable information he receives, through the relationships with those around, through trust.

Most of the time, by talking less and listening more, the context seems to change easily.

The energy is preserved and the feeling of exhaustion so common to emotional debates disappears.

But how do you get there?

You need support, motivation, perseverance, practice.

Further things flow and the joy begins to take shape clearly.

You reached your destination! And you have integrated a new skill into your behavior.

Excellent!

And now what are you going to learn? The journey continues….
