Behavioral Change

Behavioral Change

I consider learning a lifetime process. And as we are all experiencing, there are many ways of learning.

There are moments when training is necessary for getting theory, knowledge, concepts, and tools, to be equipped for your next step when you will design and deliver, contribute, and implement strategies, tasks, projects.

Coaching adds value by challenging you to use what you already know and discover what you need for moving forward.

I see more and more a valuable combination of training followed by coaching sessions as a path for integrating and consolidating information and behaviors.
Scheduling only training sessions for colleagues (online or face to face) is not enough.

The question is – How do you notice the impact of such training sessions for the stakeholders and your company?

HR is facing most of the time this question coming along with the budget planning.

Observing behaviors, asking for feedback, and implementing tools supporting feedback (including 360) can answer such a question.

Implementing coaching as a permanent tool is a step forward which in today’s world has become something natural. Coaching supports behavioral change and impact.

Successful journeys start with small steps. So as with coaching…
First a pilot, then adding step by step until an entire culture can be created.

Happy to talk about it and be your partner to build your journey!
