I come into the mentoring relationship as a senior expert, willing to share knowledge and experience with those who want to learn from this expertise and use guidance to develop personal or professional skills.
My role is to provide you with information, when you ask for it, and at the same time to ask questions to help you make your own arguments, conclude, and make decisions.
As we discover common industries, I will be able to come to you with recommendations on the specific challenges of that field.
As a client, you will set own direction, goals and decide how you want to achieve them, choosing the most appropriate actions for you.
