“Leadership accelerator” is a program designed to enhance and advance leadership skills and capabilities. It is structured to accelerate the development of individuals by providing targeted learning, coaching, and reflective practices. The term implies a focus on expediting personal and professional growth, allowing leaders to quickly acquire the skills and insights needed to lead effectively in a dynamic and ever-changing business environment, facing uncertainty and complexity.
The Leadership Accelerator Program is tailor-made for individuals aiming to enhance their leadership competencies at their own pace. Participants can choose relevant competencies aligned with their current professional and personal context. The program adopts a structured approach to develop and integrate new behaviors. Its format includes self-sessions and group reflections.
The group reflections are included to enhance insights through participant contributions, creating a rich learning environment.
I got inspired by my own journey with all challenges and learnings which were coming out. And since I am the one learning by experiencing and integrating, I was introducing in this program concepts and tools which I tried and integrated in my own practice by working with individuals and teams, proving to be successfully.

I believe that when you change yourself, integrating new behaviors, then, systemically everything around is impacted both on professional and private. To change it needs a while and within 12 weeks, you can work intensively to 1 or max 2 behaviors. You need commitment and responsibility equally, as well as clear goals.
The group support combined with mine will add on self-work and exposure in your role. Your stakeholders will be part of this journey and they may play a significant role. to your development.
The combination of concepts, tools and formats is designed to offer a flexible path with space for taking decisions, actions and receive feedback.

The program will be online and will combine group sessions with individual ones.
In terms of concepts and tools we are going to touch psychological safety within a group, leadership competencies and behaviors, profiling and 360 feedback, coaching and group reflection.
Group sessions will vary between 2 and 3 hours max, individual sessions are lasting not more than 1 hour.
We are in the beginning of 2024 and there are 12 full months of work in front of you.
